In 2024, our founders were leading critical infrastructure and regulatory compliance teams at major software enterprises. Every quarter brought the same chaotic ritual: scrambling through disorganized cloud folders to find signed contract amendments, hunting down lost safety logs, and paying external auditors astronomical fees to inspect unorganized spreadsheets.
We realized that modern enterprise software had solved ingestion and storage, but completely failed at illumination. Documents remained inert, isolated black boxes.
HQ Record Lume was built to illuminate those records: extracting their obligations, connecting their entities through knowledge graphs, and anchoring every claim to mathematical cryptographic proofs.
